A cesarean birth can be planned for various reasons and it can be empowering and gentle. This class is designed to prepare couples for an empowering and gentle belly birth. We educate you on what to expect before, during and after your birth. What to expect when breastfeeding, how can your partner support you and how to help your mind and body heal.

The first session touches upon mental and emotional preparation as an individual and a couple. It also introduces you to the biomechanics of the pelvis and birthing body.
